It’s the pure water here that makes this whiskey extra special, passing over basalt rock to cleanse it and purify it. Distilled three times to uphold this purity and to ensure your whiskey is extra smooth. The ten yea old whiskey is left to mature for a minimum of ten years in hand selected ex-Bourbon casks and ex-Oloroso Sherry casks.

Our Tasting Notes

Nose: Delicate sweet tropical fruits and pistachio ice cream combine perfectly with lashings of Sherry.

Palate: Dried tropical fruits combine now with creamy blonde toffee, peaches and soft vanilla.

Finish: Vanilla fudge with floral notes and a slight spice on the finish.
